Vulcan, follow process, as prompted.
UNCLASSFIED information only, should be provided.
Please see steps below:
- You will need to register for a
Vulcan account, if you do not have one.
- You will need to provide your submission, in the form of a scout card, in
Vulcan and include information such as:
- Description and differentiators of your capability
- Technology Readiness Level
- Technical specifications
- Points of Contact
The
Engage SOF process requires answers to specific questions, to determine the SOF relevance of your capability, please be prepared to answer them directly and concisely, to allow our Subject Matter Experts to effectively assess your capability. - The
Engage SOF process involves a tiered assessment that aims to: First, determine SOF relevance and then, explore additional pathways for further assessment, experimentation, or other engagement activities for capabilities deemed by Command Subject Matter Experts, to address specific SOF interests or needs. (See the
eSOF tiered process)
- What you can submit:
- Visual illustrations and/or video links, as needed.
- Attachments, according to the specifications provided to you in the submission form.
Do not, however, burden your submission with marketing materials, extensive company background, org charts, and/or employee biographies, or extraneous documents, that do not concisely communicate the value proposition of your capability to SOF. Capabilities that are assessed NOT to address SOF interests or needs, will not proceed to the referral stage, within the
Engage SOF process. -
DO NOT include the USSOCOM logo on any of your documents, and ensure that all information is
UNCLASSIFIED.
