Key West, a U.S. island city, is part of the Florida Keys archipelago. It's also Florida's southernmost point, lying roughly 90 miles north of Cuba. Famed for its pastel-hued, conch-style houses, it's a cruise-ship stop also accessible from the mainland via the Overseas Highway. It's known more for its coral reefs – destinations for diving and snorkeling – than for its beaches.
Naval Air Station Key West is a naval air station and military airport located on Boca Chica Key, four miles (6 km) east of the central business district of Key West, Florida, United States.
NAS Key West is a state-of-the-art training facility for air-to-air combat fighter aircraft of all military services, with favorable flying conditions year round and unparalleled aerial ranges that offer aircrew training within minutes after takeoff. On a broader scale, NAS Key West's national security mission supports operational and readiness requirements for the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security (e.g., U.S. Coast Guard), Air National Guard and Army National Guard units, other federal agencies, and allied military forces.
The air station is also host to several tenant commands, including Fighter Squadron Composite 111 (VFC-111), Strike Fighter Squadron 106 (VFA-106) Detachment Key West,
the U.S. Army Special Forces Underwater Operations School and Headquarters, Joint Interagency Task Force South (JIATF South).

Muscatatuck Urban Training Center (MUTC) Information:
MUTC, a microcosm of Muscatatuck Urban Training Center (MUTC), IN a "living, breathing, urban area," provides a unique and realistic urban training venue on a scale unmatched in existing training venues. Located in rural south central Indiana near Butlerville, and once home to Indiana's Muscatatuck State Developmental Center, MUTC is a 1,000-acre self-contained urban training environment unaffected by encroaching urban sprawl. MUTC offers a 180-acre reservoir and an urban infrastructure consisting of over 120 fully functional buildings. The buildings include a school, a hospital, dormitories, light industrial structures, single-family dwellings, a dining facility, jail/correctional facilities, and administrative office buildings. The buildings range from one to seven stories, including nine with basements. Additionally, the site includes approximately one mile of extensive underground utility tunnel systems that connect many of the buildings and a cave complex, both of which provide a GPS denied environment, more than nine miles of roads and streets and a subway terminal. Surrounding the urban site are wooded areas and open/undeveloped land often found within or adjacent to urban areas.
Specific Electronic Attack (EA) and cellular capabilities include:
EA Clearance - MUTC is covered under an Electronic Attack (EA) Clearance that is held by Crane NSWC. This clearance allows for ground based EA operations at specific frequencies.
GSM Systems - MUTC currently has an operating closed network Cellular phone system for testing and training. The system's capabilities have been extended to CAJMTC via Radio Over IP (RoIP). This system replicates up to 123 different Cellular phone towers from the same or separate Cellular providers, and can be used for a multitude of testing and training events.

Camp Roberts, CA
Camp Roberts is a California National Guard post in central California, located on both sides of the Salinas River in Monterey and San Luis Obispo counties, now run by the California Army National Guard. The mission of Camp Roberts is to facilitate the training, mobilization and security of the National Guard, Army Reserve and Active Component units in support of Federal, State and community missions.

Drive time from this airport to the Camp Robert s is approximately three hours. The nearest city to the base is Paso Robles. Travel time from Paso Robles to the TE site is approximately a 20-30 minute drive.
All TE participants must enter Gate 10 (corner of Generals Rd and San Marcos Rd). DO NOT enter the main gate located on Highway 101.

Fort AP Hill, VA
Fort A.P. Hill is located within the boundaries of Caroline County, a largely rural county of great natural beauty, dotted with farms, woodlands and waters. Caroline County is located in the northeastern portion of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Situated along the I-95 corridor, it sits roughly midway between Richmond and the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
Fort A. P. Hill is located close to the town of Bowling Green and is one of the largest and most important US military installments on the East Coast. As it describes itself, it is the place where the United States sharpens its forces in every domain. The base is about 76,000 acres in size and includes some of the most advanced technologies. It is used year-round for military training of both active and reserve troops of the Army, Navy, Marines, and Air Force, as well as other government agencies.

Little Creek, VA (Joint Expeditionary Base) – Fort Story (JEBLC-FS)
JEBLC-FS is the country's premier installation for housing and training the nation's Expeditionary Forces and is the largest military installation in the City of Virginia Beach. It is one command with two properties. It is comprised of the former Naval Amphibious Base Little Creek (JEB Little Creek) which began as a dynamic training ground for Word War II amphibious Forces, and the former Army Post of Fort Story (JEB Fort Story) which laid witness to the humble beginnings of our country at the 1607 first landing site. For the TE18-4 event, all experiments will be conducted at the JEB, Little Creek location. No experiments will be conducted at Ft. Story.

TEXAS A&M/RELLIS Campus Information:
College Station is a city in eastern Texas. It is home to the main campus of Texas A&M University. On the campus, the George H.W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum documents the life of the 41st U.S. President. It includes a replica Oval Office and a slab of the Berlin Wall. The Sanders Corps of Cadets Center traces the history of the student military group, and exhibits medals and vintage weapons.
In September 2015, the 2,000-acre tract known as the Texas A&M University Riverside Campus was transferred to The Texas A&M University System. In May of 2016 the Riverside Campus was transformed to the RELLIS Campus, named for the six Aggie Core values of Respect, Excellence, Leadership, Loyalty, Integrity, and Selfless Service.
The RELLIS Campus is in close proximity to many metropolitan areas allowing short commutes to Houston, Austin and San Antonio.
