The USSOCOM FOIA Requester Service Center is the initial point of contact for FOIA requesters to receive status updates and appropriate information about their requests at USSOCOM.  The FOIA Requester Service Center was established in compliance with Executive Order 13392.  Initial FOIA requests may be submitted by completing the USSOCOM E-FOIA Request Form at the below link or by postal mail at the address below.
