As a result of increases in the Health Protection Condition level, our
offices are limited to mission-essential personnel only and maximizing the use of
telework for other personnel. This means that we are unable to handle requests
sent via traditional methods and there will likely be a delay in processing
your request as well as responding to any inquiries.
The USSOCOM FOIA Requester Service Center is the initial point of contact for FOIA requesters to receive status updates and appropriate information about their requests at USSOCOM.
The FOIA Requester Service Center was established in compliance with
Executive Order 13392.
Initial FOIA requests may be submitted by completing the USSOCOM E-FOIA Request Form at the below link, by FAX at (813) 826-5482, or by postal mail at the address below.
