​            SOF AT&L Apprentice Program

The Special Operations Forces Acquisition, Technology, & Logistics (SOF AT&L) Apprentice Program utilizes a variety of recruitment authorities to hire recent college graduates from diverse work and educational backgrounds that enhance the SOF AT&L team, learn acquisition and contracting skills, and grow into future SOF AT&L leaders of tomorrow. 

After successful completion of this entry level program, which can last anywhere from two to three years depending on functional area, each apprentice will transition into a permanent position with SOF AT&L. These young professionals will contribute to the SOF mission throughout the apprentice program while developing a breadth of experience enabling them join any acquisition team upon completion of this program.
