Adm. McRaven delivers keynote address at 9/11 remembrance ceremony
Admiral Bill H. McRaven, U. S. Special Operations Command commander, delivers the keynote address at the Hillsborough County 9/11 Ceremony of Remembrance, held at Joe Chillura Park in downtown Tampa on September 9, 2011.  The event was to commemorate those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001, and also to honor the first responders and military members who continue to serve today.

McRaven had the honor of delivering the keynote address in which he stated that Sept. 11 may have given the nation its greatest tragedy, but it also inspired the next greatest generation.
