The first line of effort is focused on integrating service members and their families into units, duty stations, and communities. The intent is to provide SOF-specific programs that orient, inform, and refer service members and their families to the services and resources available to them. These programs and referrals are important when the family initially moves to a new area, but are also critical throughout their tour as situations change and different services are needed.
