Thank you for your interest in the SOCOM ARE TPU positions! ALL positions are interview only and require a fully complete prospect packet before presentation to directorates for consideration. 

The SOCOM ARE is comprised of three detachments:

  • JSOC Detachment W80G04 - duty location FT Liberty, NC
  • SOCOM Detachment W80G01/W80G02 - duty location MacDill AFB, FL
  • TSOCs Detachment -
    1. SOCCENT W80G20 - duty location MacDill AFB, FL
    2. SOCEUR W80G30 - duty location Stuttgart, Germany
    3. SOCPAC W80G50 - duty location, Oahu, HI
    4. SOCSOUTH W80G60 - duty location, Miami, FL
      - NOTE: Vacant p​​ositions under W80G10, W80G40 & W80G80 are currently not available for fill. 

If you conduct a vacancy search (link below) ensure you review the UIC, since you will support that UIC in the above specified duty location. Vacancy search is through Milsuite and requires CAC.

  1. Candidates must be able to operate independently; self-starter and self-motivated; available to conduct BA during weekdays
  2. Ideal candidate has balanced mix of joint experience at Geographic or Functional Combatant Command, TSOC, or JSOC, and conventional Army Reserve unit assignments
  3. All positions are interview only
  4. Interested applicants MUST submit complete packets
  5. Civilian Backgrounds strongly considered (include CIVILIAN RESUME with your packet)​
