Headquarters, United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) desires innovative, highly talented, and world-class performers to join our workforce at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Florida.

Currently, USSOCOM is seeking qualified applicants in several fields such as Acquisition and Logistics, Financial Management, Operations and Planning, and Human Resources Management.

As a member of USSOCOM, you will be part of integrated military/civilian teams directly supporting the USSOCOM's mission to “Provide fully capable Special Operations Forces to defend the United States and its interests and synchronize planning for global operations against terrorist networks.”

USSOCOM headquarters consists of the traditional military staff sections for personnel; intelligence; operations; logistics; strategy, plans and policy; communications; financial management, and resources. In addition to the traditional staff elements USSOCOM also has the Research, Development, and Acquisition Center; the Directorate of Force Management and Development; the Care Coalition and the Joint Special Operations University.
