USSOCOM General speaks at an Operation One Voice ceremony for the 10th Anniversary of 9-11
Maj. Gen. Mark Clark, U.S. Special Operations Command chief of staff, joined the Operation One Voice team for the final leg of the 5th Honor Ride, and a 9-11 remembrance ceremony, September 10 – 11 at the Lake Lanier Islands Resort, Ga.
