Navy Adm. Eric T. Olson, commander U.S. Special Operations Command, presents Maj. Gen. John K. Singlaub the Bull Simons Award for his lifetime Special Operations achievements May 18 at the Special Operations Forces Industry Conference dinner, Tampa, Fla. The Bull Simons Award recognizes demonstrated leadership excellence and those who embody the spirit, values, skills, and professionalism of the Special Operations Forces warrior.

Navy Adm. Eric T. Olson, commander U.S. Special Operations Command, gives Marine Staff Sgt. Craig S. Cooper, 2d Marine Special Operations Battalion, the Dr. Christian J. Lambertsen Award for Operational Innovation at the Special Operations Forces Industry Conference dinner, Tampa, Fla., on May 18. The award recognizes those individuals whose audacity, insight, and ingenuity embody innovation as an operational skill and hallmark of the Special Operations Forces mindset and culture.

Vickers, Acting Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Assistant Secretary of Defense, after Vickers received the USSOCOM Special Operations Command Medal May 18 at the Special Operations Forces Industry Conference dinner, Tampa, Fla.
